Established in 2017 as a breeding farm, Ntarama Pig has grown into a modern pig farming enterprise supplying improved breeds, including Duroc, Landrace, Pietrain, Camborough, and Large White, to farmers across Rwanda. Through modern breeding practices and quality genetics, we help farmers increase productivity and make pig farming more professional and profitable.
Today, Ntarama Pig operates a modern pig slaughterhouse with the capacity to process up to 5 tonnes of pork per day, supplying hotels, bars, butcheries, and other customers with professionally processed, high-quality pork.
By connecting breeding, production, processing, and markets, Ntarama Pig is revolutionizing Rwanda’s pig value chain—creating opportunities for farmers, improving industry standards, and delivering quality pork from farm to market.
