Training & Farm visity
We offer practical on-farm training and guided farm visits for individuals, farmer groups, and organizations.
Ntarama Pig Farming on Grand Scale Ltd offers practical on-farm training and guided farm visits for individuals, farmer groups, organizations, and anyone interested in learning about modern commercial pig farming.
Our guided farm tour lasts approximately two hours and provides visitors with practical insights into pig breeding, farm management, feeding, biosecurity, artificial insemination, and other modern pig farming practices.
Farm visits are available twice a week—every Wednesday and Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All visitors are required to book at least one day in advance.
Entrance fee: RWF 10,000 per person.
Extended multi-day practical training programs are available exclusively to farmers who purchase breeding stock from Ntarama Pig Farm, providing them with additional knowledge and practical skills to successfully manage their pigs and improve farm productivity.
